Coop doesn't like a lot of things, but he does love his tap shoes. He also has a favorite book (Dracula), drink (water), food (tuna fish sandwiches), music (anything with drums), and smell (freshly turned dirt). Write about your own personal "favorites" and explain WHY they are your favorites.
Mrs. Byrd's Favorites:
Reading--I love reading! I enjoy picking up a good book and visualizing the characters and settings in my mind. My favorite books would have to be the Harry Potter series. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone came out when I was finishing up seventh grade. I was instantly hooked and have loved it ever since.
Food-- I am also a big fan of food. I have a serious sweet tooth and love cookies and chocolate. As far as real food goes, I would have to say that BBQ ribs, corn on the cob, french bread, and a slice of watermelon would be my favorite.
People--My family are hands down my favorite people in the whole wide world.
Music--I like a variety of music genres and I’m constantly on the lookout for new artists and songs.

ReplyDeleteSports- I love sports. I love hitting people either in lacrosse or in football. My favorite year in football was my first year. This year was my first playing lacrosse. I loved I got to hangout with my friends more over the weekend and after school on Tuesday, sometimes Wednesday and Thursday.
Food- I love all types of food except for brussel sprouts. I especially love chocolate chip cookies. I love steak with corn on the cob and fruit salad. I eat food when I am bored. I eat a lot of food throughout a day.
Music- I like a lot of music. I like Country and Rock. Music helps me calm down. I listen to music all the time while I clean my room, play video games or when I'm doing homework.

ReplyDeletePlaying wiffle ball with my brothers and neighbors-- I LOVE to play wiffle ball with my brothers. It is so fun. It is always Toby and I against Calin and Kameron. We play in our back yard. We also play with peg outs. Most girls would think, “ Oh that would hurt so much” or “Yuck boys” but what I think is, “This is going to be fun” or “You're goin’n down!” and things like that. My life is yelling, boys and fun. I just play along or do my thing and I come around just fine.
Jumping on the trampoline-- My brother’s and I always go on the trampoline together. We have done sumo-wrestling with pillows in our shirts that get stretched out, we perform our tricks, we play catch, we sleep in the trampoline at night and put a sprinkler under the trampoline and get all wet that way.
Vollsketball-- Vollsketball is a mixture of volleyball and basketball. It is where Calin and I bump my volleyball to each other until we make it in the basketball hoop without the ball touching the ground. It is so fun to do because we mess up or do funny looking things. Our neighbors could see us and think, “ Oh boy” but as long as I am having fun looking weird with my bro’s, I don’t care what people think!
BBQ's-I love BBQ's whether it's with the whole entire Hyde family or just the family I live with even if it's just a couple friends.
ReplyDeleteOutdoors-I love the outdoors, I love hunting, fishing, and hiking, every time I go out I see a new animal or insect.
Lake Lahontan-I absolutely love Lahontan, although every time we go there the weather all the sudden changes on us. One time it hailed, it was like 100 degrees before it hailed then it changed to hail.
Dirt bikes-Dirt bikes are in my dreams, there are many kinds of dirt bikes but Honda's are my favorite.
Dogs-Dogs are loyal companions, they protect people. I think I have only had one dog that was a good protector, the other 2 were too nice to bite someone.

ReplyDeleteMiles- Miles, my brother, is definitely one of my most favorite things. He is smart, creative, and very silly. He is also super kind, and doesn't mind watching Say Yes to the Dress with me. I love to hang out with him and listen to his corny jokes and stories.
T.V.- I really like to watch T.V. The shows I watch are Amazing World of Gumball, Say Yes to the Dress, Gotham, and The Office. I binge watch a lot, which affects my sleep schedule drastically, but oh well. I still binge.
Cacti- This is a really weird one, but I have this weird obsession with Cacti and Succulents. I own way too many, and all of my wallpapers on my phone are cactus ones. I have a cactus phone case, and I love it so so much.
Music - All of you already know this but I love Twenty One Pilots, and I also play a lot of drums too.

Creating Games On Roblox - For those of you that don't know what Roblox is, Roblox is a game where you can play other people's games and you can make your own if you have an account which is free to make one that's one of the things I like about it too, also if you just want to try it out you can play as a guest.
Music- I love all types of music. I enjoy listening to a new song or a song I enjoy while working.
ReplyDeleteFavorite things- I can't think of just one thing I enjoy doing the most. I love singing, dancing and writing stories. I love singing songs that I have written and making up the moves for it. It makes me feel as if I have nothing to fear and can enjoy and express myself. I love writing stories. I don't really care for the genre that I right but I like putting my emotions from my challenges from my everyday life into it.
Food- I really like sweets, specifically candy but I like other foods to. I enjoy eating really any kind of meat, any kind of fruits except for bananas, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and green beans.
People- The people that I like to spend the time with are my friends. They always seem to be there and are awesome to be around.
Books- I love books because they take me to a "different world" I get to imagine what the characters look like and the way they act.

collections-I collect lots of things like antics, old bottles,football cards and even knifes.But my Favorite thing to collect is rocks and minerals.I have so so so many rocks and minerals. I have everything from flosses.to giant crystals,to even a fragment of a mediator.
music- I love all types of music from pop, to rap, to country and even some classical music.so I guess you could say that I don't really have a favorite genre of music, because I love all music!!!
Animal-I love all animals but my favorite animal is a turtle.I don't know why I love turtles,I just think there so cute and so nice. I even have a collection of turtles.

ReplyDeleteVideo games: I love video games. I first knew video games were real when I was five. The I kept playing every chance I get. My favorite games are Call Of Duty Black Ops 1 2 and 3. I have three now, but I have played one and two before.
Food: I love food. I’m a food type of a guy. I can normally eat a lot of food when I am hungry and a normal size breakfast, lunch and dinner when I am in the middle. My favorite food is a grilled peanut butter sandwich.
Play: I love to play with my dog, Molly. She is really nice and has lots of energy for a 49 year old dog in dog years and 7 in human years. I still love playing with my dog even if she is old.
Hobbies: I have only one hobby and that is doing storage actions with my mom and dad. It is messy but it is fun. I also love to roller skate and I’m really good at it!

Camping: I love to go camping with my family. We just got a new camp trailer and we are going to camp in Oregon this summer.

ReplyDeleteFAVORITE ACTIVITY- I absolutely to ride my scooter around. If you know me, that's obvious. I enjoy riding in the streets. I like to be creative in my riding, with grinding on curbs in the streets or jumping off of stair sets. I don't like the skate park anymore, so I only go there sometimes.
FAVORITE TV SHOW- It would have to be Impractical Jokers. I watch that show almost daily and I crack up every time. My favorite Joker is probably Joe.
FAVORITE MUSIC- My dad said that I was literally born to rap. I probably came out of the hospital and on our way home, I was listening to rap. This making it my favorite genera of music. I personally like 21 Savage, G-Easy, and Drake. My favorite song is probably iSpy or Rolex.
FAVORITE SMELLS- I have a few favorite smells. I like rain, gasoline, and a house in mid-build (the wood). Everytime I smell those, I always get so happy for some reason.
FAVORITE FOOD- My all-time favorite food would have to be beef stroganoff. I love the beef especially.
My Favorites: Activity- My favorite activity would probably have to be hanging out with friends and family. Why? Because i feel its always good to spend time with people.

Music~ I love music, it can get you into any mood. If you're doing any activity like cleaning or going for a walk, music helps you not feel lonely or bored. You can dance to it or sing to music which is why it's so great.

Books~ I think that books are way better than the movies. They can put your imagination in place and you can make up the characters the way you think they would look like, not the characters in the movies. You imagine the world inside the pages and see it with your own eyes.

ReplyDeleteVolleyball- I like volleyball because I think it is fun to learn and do all of the techniques and positions in the game. Such as, bumping, setting and spiking.
Music- Music is one of my favorite things because it gives you a chance to zone out and forget everyone and everything. My favorite band is a tie between Green Day and Metallica.
Traveling- I love to travel. I think it is great to see new cultures and scenery. So far, the prettiest place I've been to is Tamarindo, Costa Rica.
My Cat-I love playing with him because he is so hilarious and loves to play with all sorts of stuff in my room and it is very entertaining when I show him a calculator or a ChapStick container.

Traveling- My family is in the military so we have to travel a lot to either move or to see family. And I LOVE IT. Seeing new places is always fun especially when you get to see it with family.

Brother- My annoying younger brother, Macray is always trying to find something to annoy me about. Although he is annoying he is kind and has the best heart. I love fighting over shotgun and I love that he is always there for me when I need him.
Food- Food is like my best friend. I don't have a favorite but there is nothing like biting right into a big juicy bigger. I love the feeling of my taste buds dancing in my mouth.

ReplyDeleteArt-I enjoy art because you can make up anything, and create everything just on a little piece of paper. I love to sculpt things out of clay and sketch out characters from my favorite animes. I also love to draw things from The Legend of Zelda. Art is my favorite thing to do when I’m trying to avoid people, or just be alone in my room.
Family-I love my family a lot. We always play on the Nintendo Switch or the wii. When we play my little sister always has to get a wii remote so she can “play” too. We like to mess around with our Amazon echo, asking her to play songs, or tell us a joke. We have the greatest times together.
Animals-I love animals a lot. For example, I love all kinds of dogs. I used to have a schnauzer that would play hide and seek with me. He would fetch a ball (Which is pretty impressive in the Moon household) and sit on top of the back of the couch and watch for incoming strangers at the front door.

ReplyDeleteSome of my favorite things to do include reading, playing with my goat and going to the library. Reading- I love getting into a good book. Reading is a fun way to pass time. Playing with my goat- My goat’s name is Almond. His favorite foods are bread, cookies, cheetos and popcorn. His biggest fear is soccer balls. Going to the library- I love the library because there are so many books. You can never read too many books. My favorite books are The Land of Stories by Chris Colfer and Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver.

Pets-I love my pets. I have a black Labrador retriever named P.J. and a cat named Moe.
Star Wars. I love Star Wars, My favorite one is "A New Hope." It was the first one made and it's a classic. I also like "Revenge of the Sith," which is the third prequel.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite book has to be Wonder. August isn’t like everyone else he’s someone with different needs. It makes me smile all the time, even just thinking about people that are there for you. He had people to rely on. I learn a lot from just reading this book.
My favorite drink has to be an Iced Caramel Macchiato. I love the taste of caramel and coffee that is ice cold. Its constantly refreshing. My family loves Starbucks which is why we go there like all the time. I am Starbucks devoted!
My favorite smell has to be when I walk into Starbucks. A wave of coffee hits and you instantly can’t wait to get your coffee. My second favorite smell is rain. The smell of freshness fills the air. It reminds me of the times I’ve spent with my friends even when it was raining. Watching it pour refreshes me consistently.

Favorite Drink - Coffee. I have been a coffee drinker since a small child. Our family legend is, if you drink coffee you will be tall, not small. I hope to be over 6'7". I would rather have my morning coffee over breakfast any day.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite sport is soccer. I don't know why i just love running up and down the soccer field in the heat. But its not like basketball...i love using my feet. I have a fun time playing and get to see people i don't regularly get to see.
My favorite food is rice crispy chicken. Rice crispy chicken is chicken covered in rice crispys. I love eating this with noodles covered in alfredo sauce. My mom doesn't usually make this so when she does that is the only thing i eat till its gone.
My favorite smell is gasoline. I love just being able to smell that. Every time we go to the gas station I make it a must to open my door and just be able to smell gasoline.

ReplyDeleteMy personal favorites are spending time with family, reading, drawing, and the smell of rain. To further explain, ever since i was five I would always go and visit family in Idaho for the Fourth of July. It was an area where the family could gather and spend time with each other. We would all hang out with great grandma and play around. Without spending time with my family I don't know where I would be today. As for reading, I love reading but there are only very few books I have enjoyed. So far this one is one of them. It's interesting thinking about the different scenarios characters go through in the book, and watching it all go on in your head like a movie. Drawing helps me pass by time to get through a bored day and over the years I haven't let drawing go as one of my favorite activities to pass time. Once in awhile I'll draw the character in a book I have imagined. Since we live in Fallon it hardly rains but when it does it clears my senses and calms me down that's why the smell of rain is one of my favorites.

Music- I enjoy music because it can make you happy and I like to be happy.

Running- I like running because it helps with everything else I like to do such as sports and walking without crutches or a wheelchair.
